1. About SNUQY

SNUQY is a premium air-dried cat food brand operated by SNUQY LLC. Products are available for purchase through www.snuqy.com and delivered within the UAE and KSA.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in AED or SAR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout.
• SNUQY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a pricing error has occurred.

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency.
• Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through the customer account portal, or by contacting support.
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.
• SNUQY reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice.

4. Delivery

• Free delivery is offered across the UAE and KSA for all orders meeting the minimum order value displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. SNUQY is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events outside its control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns and Refunds

• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first orders. If a cat does not take to the product within 30 days of the first delivery, a full refund will be issued upon request.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@snuqy.com within the 30-day window.
• For subsequent orders, refunds or replacements are offered where products are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Photographic evidence may be requested.
• Opened products are not eligible for return outside the money-back guarantee period.

6. Product Information

• All product descriptions, nutritional information, and feeding guidelines are provided in good faith and are subject to change.
• SNUQY products are formulated for healthy adult cats. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any veterinary condition.
• Customers with cats that have specific health conditions are advised to consult a veterinarian before changing their diet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SNUQY website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of SNUQY LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SNUQY LLC's liability for any claim arising out of the use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question. SNUQY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in the customer's jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

SNUQY reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
